If you believe you have a product fault developing after
the installation you should contact your local supplier and
inform them that a problem exists. They are duty bound to
deal with your claim however they are not always qualified
or experienced at inspecting laminates. This is were we come
in, we are trained to spot any possible product faults and
/ or any fitting errors and will produce a report including
digital photographs were necessary.
If you believe you have a problem with your laminate due
to an installation error you must first take your claim up
with the installers of your flooring. If they cannot or will
not help you need to prove a wrong doing to your floor so
a claim can be pursued. An independent report from a qualified
source will always help your claim to proceed.
